The company emerges from the observation that in this area the process of some of the abovementioned products was carried out through “old style” techniques, high production costs and old marketing methods;
On own initiative the company introduced, in the process of dried fruit, innovative facilities and technologies needed to ensure optimum manufacturing processes that aim to optimize the products, both in terms of quality and performance, adopting marketing methods suitable to the characteristics of an evolving market.
Today the company carries out the process of dried fruit in shell-through shelling, skinning, roasting, chopping and powdering- production of paste for ice-cream, spread creams, salted pesto for the food service industry, packaging for GDO, HoReCA.
